Back Up & Locate Your Product Key:
The first thing to do before starting installation process, take back up your all important files and documents. After successful backup your important files and folders, find out the product key of windows 7 mention on windows CD covers.

Insert a Windows DVD into drive of laptop and restart your machine. when system logo appear press F12 for boot menu and select boot from dvd drive. After this new screen appear and prompted to press any key then press any key.

Click on Custom (Advanced), because we need to format previously install operating system and install new windows 7.
In this screen, Found all partitions of your hard drive that is already installed on laptop. Carefully check and select any partition for installation of windows,
To select a partition that only contain operating system or empty, if it have your personal data or any imported file then it will be deleted or erase all your data by deleting partition.
Click on Advance tab, some more options are appears.
Select a partition and click on delete link from available options.
You have install windows 7 in new laptop or you don’t have any imported data in your hard drive then you’ll be delete all partitions from listed but if you have your data or already installed windows then please check again before start deleting any partition.
Now you have some unallocated space in your partition list. select unallocated partition and click on New link.
Now the windows 7 installation process will be started and coping windows 7 new files to your selected drive
After coping new files, system will auto restart and start second part of windows 7 installation process.
After restart of laptop, it will show you new process in which it will start update registry settings.
